The Effect of Temperament on my Goals
According to this temperament survey: http://danny.quantumspark.net/tsurvey/, I am mostly a "doer" and a "thinker". My aforementioned goals of faithfully upholding a system for planning and tracking the activities for my doubled number of classes, and developing an electronic method of tracking students interaction with material in general music class is well suited for much of these temperaments.
Being a "doer", this activity allows me to use my tendency toward self-reliance and taking on continuous challenges to get stuff done. Two of the "weaknesses" of this temperament are taking on too much, and an inattention to detail. The goal will force me to pay greater attention to detail in the context of planning and tracking, and the second goal may find me having taken on more than I can realistically do given the time I have.
This is a fun survey either way!
